We are hiring for a Director - Revenue Accounting to lead the Revenue Recognition area within our US Accounting Center of Excellence. This includes oversight of the global month end close for our Brokerage segment's revenue recognition processes. The position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.

About You:
Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and 10 years related experience required. Strong working knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and monthly financial close processes. Ability to lead and manage people and guide the work of others, both directly and indirectly. Proficient with accounting software, reporting tools and Microsoft products.
Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Minimum 10 years related experience with 3+ years in public accounting Good working knowledge of accounting standards, particularly as it relates to the revenue recognition standard (ASC 606) and business combinations Excellent verbal, written, computer, financial data, internal consulting, and customer-focused communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities Well-experienced with Microsoft suite of products; Advanced level skills in Excel Experience in managing a team Good working knowledge of the insurance brokerage business
