We're looking for a proactive and dynamic Operations Director to join our APAC team. Based in Singapore, you'll play a key role in managing operations across our regional and London-based offices. You'll work closely with colleagues in the APAC region, as well as our servicing hubs in the UK and India, to ensure the seamless delivery of operational excellence.
In this role, you'll lead the operational strategy for our APAC team, ensuring we deliver exceptional client service and meet key performance indicators. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, and partner with teams across risk, compliance, finance, HR, and legal to ensure smooth business operations. You'll also play a vital role in driving cultural integration and fostering a 'one team' mentality across the region. As a member of the International Operational Leadership team, you'll help implement global priorities and optimise systems and processes to support the growth of Gallagher Re.
Here's what you'll bring to the role: A strong background in (Re)insurance operations, with experience in the APAC region. A track record of exceeding targets within a regulated, measurable framework. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and team members. Experience in people management and embedding processes to monitor profitability and expenses. Excellent planning, analytical, and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Eligibility to work in Singapore.
