The EAP Head of Sales is responsible for accelerating the growth and market impact of Aetna's Resources for Living (RFL) solution. This role drives strategy to expand revenue, strengthen client value delivery, and increase adoption across employer and health plan segments. The leader integrates insights from product, clinical, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to position RFL as a modern, outcomes‑driven, enterprise‑ready wellbeing solution. Serving as both a market ambassador and an enterprise connector, this role represents RFL externally with consultants, clients, and industry stakeholders, while ensuring the RFL value proposition is clearly understood and effectively activated across internal segments and markets.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
