Team: 5 Partner Sales Managers (VAR + GSI/STP)
Travel: ~30–50%
Mission
Lead and scale the Genesys partner ecosystem across Central Europe and Benelux, driving pipeline, bookings, and strategic growth through both VAR partners and Global System Integrators / Technology Alliances (AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
This role combines people leadership, partner strategy, and execution discipline to accelerate AI-driven Experience Orchestration adoption across the region.
What You'll Do

- Team leadership & performance
- Recruit, lead and develop a team of 5 Partner Sales Managers
- Set clear targets on:

- Pipeline & revenue accountability
- Own regional targets for:
- partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
- bookings growth (YoY)
- Ensure:

- Go-to-market & co-sell execution
- Orchestrate co-sell motions between:
- Genesys Account Executive
- partner sellers
- alliance ecosystems

- Ensure structured enablement across:
- Drive adoption of:
- Genesys Cloud + AI use cases

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS / cloud partner sales or alliances
- Proven experience managing:
- VAR ecosystems
- GSI / Tech alliances
- Strong track record in:
- pipeline creation
- co-sell execution
- forecast ownership
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
- Fluent German and English required
