Assistenz Chief Sales Officer (m/w/d)

What You Can Expect From Us

You will be the strategic support, relieving the CSO in daily operations and taking over the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings, board meetings, and key account meetings.

You will accompany the sales controlling & reporting, creating meaningful sales metrics (KPIs), sales forecasts, and market analyses to manage our sales regions.

You will contribute to process optimization by analyzing sales operations, identifying optimization potentials, and driving projects to enhance sales performance.

You will act as an interface function, serving as the central point of contact between the CSO, the management team, regional managers, and key account managers.

You will take on central communication & presentation tasks by creating target group-specific sales presentations and documents for the CSO.

What You Should Bring With You

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration (with a focus on sales/marketing) or a commercial qualification in the automotive sector with relevant further education (or comparable qualifications).

You have several years of experience in sales, sales controlling, or as an assistant to the managing director/sales director, ideally in the automotive parts trade or the automotive industry.

You have knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the structures of the automotive aftermarket (workshop customers, wholesale, parts market).

You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and have experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365).

You are characterized by a high level of discretion, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and an independent, self-reliant, structured working style.
