As the Director of Sales, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales organization, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. This is a critical senior leadership role within Honeywell's Fire business, responsible for driving commercial performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). The Sales Director – DACH (Fire) will lead one of the most strategically important and profitable regions, operating at Managing Director/Geschäftsführer level and combining sales leadership with broader business and site responsibilities. In this role, you will shape regional strategy, lead a mature sales organization, and act as a key interface to customers, industry stakeholders, and internal leadership.
