Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Manage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
• Develop and implement a rigorous sales operating cadence and playbook on all the critical sales processes, including strategy deployment, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and technology enablers.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years' experience in Sales/Commercial, Sales Operations and/or Marketing Leadership
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
