The Director of Marketing- Bladder will lead the overall brand strategy and launch execution for INLEXZO – ensuring data driven investment decisions, cross functional alignment on field execution and leading omnichannel deployment. This individual will lead and develop a team of marketing professionals (including staff that has their own direct reports) across Professional Promotion (HCP & APP), Patient Promotion, and Customer Experience in addition to contractual relationships with outside agencies and vendors in order to effectively develop and execute key commercial activities and meet sales revenue targets to drive the performance of INLEXZO. This role has P&L responsibility with accountability to inform the long-range forecast, ensure long-term GTN preservation, set the contracting strategy for the brand, work closely with access teams and global commercial colleagues. In addition, this role is accountable for Market Development and maximizing the opportunity of future INLEXZO indication (Sunrise-3 and Sunrise-5 study populations) including promotional strategies and resources following regulatory approval.
