Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management

We're looking for a commercially minded pricing leader to help evolve how we price across our national coffee service business. This role sits at the intersection of pricing, product strategy, and commercial execution. You'll own day-to-day pricing operations, while also leading high-impact initiatives that reshape how we structure pricing across products, services, and customer segments.

Ownership

  • Pricing Operations & Governance
    • Manage day-to-day pricing execution, updates, and approvals
    • Maintain and improve pricing tools, trackers, and reporting
    • Ensure consistency and discipline across regional price lists
    • Partner with Sales and Finance on pricing decisions and exceptions
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Pricing
    • Develop a repeatable pricing framework for new products
    • Assess margin targets, cannibalization risk, and market benchmarks
    • Partner with Product and Sales to support successful launches
  • Portfolio & Value Pyramid Redesign
    • Re-map and simplify coffee and tea portfolios into clear value tiers
    • Identify pricing gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for trade-up
    • Align pricing architecture to customer needs
    • Support SKU rationalization and margin optimization
  • Service vs Retail Value Positioning
    • Define and quantify our value proposition vs retail alternatives
    • Build pricing narratives that clearly articulate service value
    • Support Sales with tools to confidently defend pricing in-market
  • Regional to National Pricing Transformation
    • Assess current regional pricing inconsistencies
    • Design a path toward harmonized national pricing by client segment
    • Develop rollout strategies that minimize customer disruption
    • Partner cross-functionally to execute pricing changes effectively

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 3+ years in pricing, RGM, commercial finance, or strategy
    • Experience in CPG, foodservice, distribution, or B2B environments preferred
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
    • Advanced Excel skills (required); Microsoft Office, experience with SQL or BI tools is a strong asset
    • Ability to translate data into clear pricing recommendations
    • Familiarity with pricing concepts such as price architecture, elasticity, and margin analysis
  • Commercial & Strategic Thinking
    • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and value-based pricing
    • Ability to connect product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
    • Experience supporting or launching new products is a plus
