Labcorp is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Director - Translational Biomarker and Diagnostic Services - to join our Central Labs team in Europe or in the US. This represents an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a very successful team. The Business Development Director will be tasked with generating business from some of the leading Pharmaceutical companies with the support and extensive portfolio of capabilities within Labcorp Central labs and LabCorp specialist labs.
The successful candidate will work with cutting edge, technical and analytical capabilities whilst enabling and facilitating discussions internally and externally with some of the key scientists and decision makers in our industry. It really is an exciting opportunity for the right person.

This position is field-based in PA, MA, NY, and NJ to accommodate local US clients and European clients. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director, with a background in a Central Lab, Biomarker Lab, with lab services selling experience, although we would consider candidates from other scientific backgrounds who have strong account management skills and experience of clinical trials.

Pay Range: $115k-$155k annually plus sales incentive plan
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
