Labcorp is seeking to hire a Senior Director of Business Development to lead sales efforts for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut with a focus on Nonclinical Development Testing Capabilities. This will include Safety Assessment, Drug Metabolism, and Preclinical Bioanalytical Services with primary focus on the emerging biotech market segment.

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who is both competitive and collaborative. As well, the successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
The geographic territory for this position covers NY, NJ and CT. The ideal candidate would reside in territory.

Pay Range $145,000 - $160,000 annually + sales incentive plan
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
