The Client Services Operations Director will have the responsibility for operational planning and delivery of entertainment shows and fan experience activations during major global events and bespoke activities. The role involves the end-to-end management of ground-breaking new music platforms on a global scale.
This is a hybrid role with an emphasis on operational delivery and execution for shows and relationship management with our key partners, organising bodies, and artist management, ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders. Successful management and timely operational delivery of events, experiences and shows across our relationships with the NFL and UEFA, amongst others, is key.
The role will work in tandem with the current operations team to cover all operational needs alongside project management with local market resources while maintaining centralised client management, relationships and operational oversight, ensuring the successful completion of events with a key focus on safety, financial efficiency and scrutiny of specifications and costs.
This position has a primary focus on the relationship and activities of Live Nation's key partners and will be responsible for maximising the value of these relationships. These relationships require meticulous Account Management to maintain excellent, best in class, standards year-round, guiding the relationship strategically.
This role includes extensive global travel.
