The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, driving excellence across all departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, Engineering, and Event Management. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision and hands-on management to ensure alignment with Marriott brand standards, fostering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial targets, and cultivating high-performing teams. The role is instrumental in integrating new operational strategies during the rebranding phase and ensuring smooth transition and consistent performance throughout.
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years of prior experience as Director of Operations. Preferred: 5+ years senior leadership experience in full-service property (hotels/resorts), global brand. Pre-opening and/or conversion experience an added advantage. Japan Work Experience an added advantage.
