The North America Mastercard Move sales team develops and maintains relationships with key ecosystem players including remittance platforms, banks, gig platforms, large merchants, and digital enablers in support of their complex money movement needs. We bring innovative products and solutions to our customers to enhance their money movement offerings with world class card and non-card capabilities alike.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join the team to lead the Mastercard Move sales team. This team's objective is to scale across new and existing use cases and continue supporting one of the fastest growing portfolios in the company. Reporting to the Head of Transfer Solutions – North America, you will be responsible for growing and managing a team of strong product sales professionals who are passionate about helping our customers realize their ambitions. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team to drive real impact and meaningful revenue, while transforming the way we engage with our key customers.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
