The US Commercial organization, which is in the Global Hospital & Biosimilars organization, is comprised of over 200 products, spanning more than 10 therapeutic areas, with annual revenue of over $2.5B.
The US Commercial Biosimilars Portfolio is comprised of the combined Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) and Oncology biosimilars (BSM) portfolios, with net revenue of ~ $1B, within the US Commercial organization. This includes eight BSM assets - Abrilada, Inflectra, Nivestym, Nyvepria, Retacrit, Ruxience, Trazimera, Zirabev.
The I&I Biosimilars Marketing Director is the P&L owner for the immunology portfolio comprised of 2 assets in Abrilada and Inflectra with wide indications that reach thousands of patients annually. This is a highly dynamic marketplace with multiple competitors and with diversified points of care and $400M+ in annual revenue.
This role will report to the US Commercial Biosimilars Portfolio Lead and will interface extensively with cross-functional partners within Global Hospital & Biosimilars, US Market Access, and Pfizer Global Supply, among other functions.
This position requires strong strategic, analytical and execution skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and agility to learn and work across multiple stakeholders. This individual needs to be a self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities, has attention to detail and can lead and collaborate across the enterprise. Finally, the position will require flexibility and an ability to act with urgency given the fast-moving nature of this field.
The I&I Biosimilars Marketing Director will also be responsible for strategy development of personal and non-personal promotion to organized customers, HCPs, and patients.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
