  • Collaborate with local sales teams to identify and drive growth opportunities including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Work closely with affiliate groups, export teams, and internal stakeholders to build a curated Allied product portfolio aligned with market needs.
  • Support the Business Development Director in building long-term commercial and growth strategies across all international markets.

  • Serve as a key interface between affiliates, international customers, and internal commercial teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and protect commercial margins to ensure sustainable long-term profitability.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews to evaluate third-party versus in-house product competitiveness and alignment with brand standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute market penetration strategies in underdeveloped or emerging regions.
  • Strong capability to translate technical product value into compelling business cases for diverse international partners.
  • Solid understanding of international trade requirements, including transfer pricing, legal compliance, global supply chain forecasting, and trademark registration.
  • Commercially astute with strong influence skills, able to navigate complex sales cycles and multicultural stakeholder groups.
  • High engagement with partners and markets; willingness to travel extensively (minimum 50%) for planning, training, and customer management.

Leadership Behaviors (PPG Way to Lead):

  • Focuses on Customers: Anticipates customer needs and uses insights to drive innovation and performance.
  • Delivers Results: Maintains determination, solves challenges, and sets high standards for personal execution.
