A Sales Director EMEAI is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization. Primary responsibility will be designing plans to meet growth targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, evaluating costs for selling products and services maximizing the margins and create engaging environment for Sales team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related is preferred. Experience developing and executing strategic plans coupled with the ability to drive tactical action plans. At least 10 years of commercial experience with a demonstrated ability to increase market share. At least 10 years of leadership experience with global responsibility. Proven experience leading the implementation of substantial change initiatives. Experience within the Motion control or automation industry is preferred. Data-driven, analytical with a sense of urgency and a non-political and team-oriented style. Exceptional communications skills (persuasive and influential). International experience including U.S. and Europe preferred. Moderate to heavy travel is required. Regular visits to key customers in assigned region. Must exercise continuous leadership to focus efforts on growth priorities. A strong commitment to the Regal Business System (RBS) process is critical.
