Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will identify, negotiate and close new customers across the region, as a strong individual contributor. The right candidate will be target driven, with a passion and sense of ownership to deliver against target. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle - prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and activate

Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms

Open new markets, landing strategic logos and unlocking revenue fast

Drive senior-level conversations with founders, C-suite, and product teams

Collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless go-lives and expand accounts

8+ years in B2B payment sales, proven hunter DNA across APAC

Strong network across PSPs, fintechs, banks, wallets, e-commerce players

Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex commercial deals

Execution-first mindset - proactive, resilient, self-driven, hands-on

Fluent in English; other languages welcome
