We are looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development to join our team.
The Director of Business Development, as an essential member of the senior management team, is responsible for directing business development efforts. This position designs, develops, and implements strategic goals, policies, and procedures and oversees the Business Development Department. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting current market data and proposing business development plans.

Qualifications
The Director of Business Development position requires:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or clinically related field required. Master of Business Administration or advanced degree in a clinically related field highly preferred.
Experience: Prior marketing or business development experience within a behavioral healthcare setting highly preferred. Five years minimum experience in organizational communications and partner relationships required.
Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver's License
Knowledge: Milwaukee behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, referral sources, and familiarity with mental health and substance use services preferred.
